libdjvulibre-dev software package provides Development files for the DjVu image format, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdjvulibre-dev
libdjvulibre-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdjvulibre-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdjvulibre-dev *
You will get with libdjvulibre-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
